Delivery and Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time for orders is 24-72 working hours from the time the order is placed (only for peninsular shipments, excluding the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). All shipments will be made by the transport company MRW.

If for any reason the order has to be delayed we will contact you to let you know.

Once the order is placed, it is not allowed to make any change in the shipping address, unless the customer bears the costs and is expressly accepted by the parties.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items. These will appear broken down in the summary of your purchase. The costs will be calculated depending on the destination and therefore will be:

  • Spain (peninsula): 3,90€
  • Ceuta, Melilla and Baleares: 6€
  • Canary: 12€

Shipping costs will be free from the following values:

  • Spain (peninsula): 50€.
  • Ceuta, Melilla and Balearic Islands: 70€.
  • Canary Islands: 150€.

Can I request the shipment of an order outside Spain?

What happens if I am not at the address I indicated when the courier will deliver the order?

After a first delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a notice for you to contact him and fix a new delivery date. This delivery can be made at the shipping address you gave us or at one of the carrier's offices. After another unsuccessful attempt, your order will be canceled and we will refund you the amount of the same subtracting the cost of returning the package.

What do I do if my order does not arrive?

If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the confirmation of your order, please contact us by email at soporte@bfitbus.com.

Can I send my order as a gift?

No, we do not currently offer this service.

Can I pick up my order at one of your stores?

Yes, you can pick up your order free of charge at one of our stores, located in XXXXXXXX.

Collection hours are Monday to Friday from 10h to 13:30h and from 16:30h to 20:00h. Take with you the confirmation email of your order and ask any of our sales clerks. You have 3 working days to pick up your package once we have verified the payment. After this period, we will proceed to cancel the order and the money will be refunded. Shipping costs (both shipping and return) will be refunded only when XXXXXXXX is responsible for the cause of the return of the product (wrong product shipment, product in bad condition, etc.).
